马来西亚先前经验学习认证（APEL）是由马来西亚学术资格鉴定机构（MQA）推动的一项认可制度，旨在让个人可凭借工作经验与非正规学习成果，作为进入高等教育的途径。通过 APEL，没有传统学历资格的人士，仍有机会申请进入文凭、学士或硕士课程（APEL.A）、依据过往学习与工作经验申请学分认可（APEL.C），或通过评估方式取得资格认证（APEL.Q）。
Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) in Malaysia is a recognition system introduced by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) to help individuals use their work experience and non-formal learning as a pathway into higher education. Through APEL, those without traditional academic qualifications may gain entry into Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s programmes (APEL.A), receive academic credits based on prior learning and experience (APEL.C), or obtain a qualification through assessment (APEL.Q).
